We’ve got you covered!

At Cherry Analytics we offer three levels of support, all delivered to the highest levels of service and privacy.

Tier 1 will give you all the tools you need to get started with producing your own analytics and reports. As well as the complimentary, zero committment consultation hour included in all of our packages, you’ll get an additional four hours of dedicated time with an expert. This will be spent formatting your data in the correct way, setting you up with easy-to-maintain Excel templates and providing training on how to become your own BI expert. All this is delivered for a low-cost, one-off fee.

Our second tier moves away from self-service. A consultation session will help us set expectations, find out what you and your business needs and what is most important for you. We handle all of your data and produce monthly and annual reports based on a set number of your most important measures. There is no need for you to get your hands dirty! This tier is delivered via subscription at a cost of £100 per month and carries no minimum term committment. We’re confident that the added value we can deliver via this service will speak for itself.

Tier 3 expands upon the offer from Tier 2, providing weekly reports alongside those you’ll receive at the end of month and year. Weekly reports will allow you to spot emerging trends and identify any threats early, placing you in a great position to push your business to the next level.

£240 one-off fee.

Any additional work required billed at a rate of £60 per hour.

Monthly Analytics Subscription

  • Free consulation to establish expectations and data gathering.

  • Monthly / Annual analytic reports based on decided metrics, distributed via PDFs.

  • Regular ongoing support included.

£100 per month.
